Scoil Spreagtha - Focus Group and P6 Traitors

We have been chosen to be a Scoil Spreagtha focus school, one of 6 schools in the region. Scoil Spreagtha aims to encourage and support schools to celebrate, showcase and expand their efforts to promote our use of the Irish language throughout the school community.

As part of this project Séamus and Siubhán from Gael Linn visited yesterday to speak with some of our girls to find out about learning Irish in school. The girls spoke so well and even got a sneak peak of some games being launched as part of the project next year. 

Séamus also played the traitors with Primary 6 and was so impressed by their level of Irish.
