Primary Five Self Esteem Programme - Week One

Primary Five really enjoyed the first session of their programme from ‘Reach Out’. Debra and Tracey were teaching us all about self confidence, resilience and building our self esteem. We will be practicing our coping strategies and completing our challenge for next week. Thank you so much we are really looking forward to next week.
