Peer Massage From Massage in Schools 💆‍♀️

Primary 4 are so lucky to have been chosen as one of the classes to learn ‘Peer Massage’.

Donna, from The Ardoyne / Shankill Healthy Living Centre came in today for our first session which the girls absolutely loved! 🤩

They learnt about the importance of asking for permission before you touch anyone and used lovely gentle hands to massage their partners. They can’t wait until next weeks session! 😊
