Media Literacy

Primary Six welcomed Clodagh and Mollie from Nerve to our ICT Suite today to deliver Ofcom’s project, Media Literacy Activities for Children and Young People in Northern Ireland. The girls were extremely engaged in the project which will help them to navigate the online world and figure out what is Misinformation and Disinformation. They also got to put their coding skills to the test, using Scratch to create their very own cartoons emphasising the importance of staying safe online.
