Irish Success

We were so happy to find out that our school has been awarded the sciath Tír na nÓg - shield for poetry at the feis Bhéal feirste.
The girls made us so proud, their enthusiasm for and dedication to the language was amazing. We won 15 medals on the day as well as a cup for overall best poem in the competition.
Our award today has put gliondar inár gcroíthe, a glow in our hearts.
Bhí na múinteoirí an-bhródúil as na cailíní agus bhí na páistí iontach tógtha leis an Ghaelige. Bhí pléisiúr Dé a bhí ann a bheith ag éisteacht leo.
Tá muid ag tnúth go mór le bheith páirteach an bhliain seo chugainn!
