Irish News: Young News Readers

This afternoon Primary Seven enjoyed their first Irish News lesson which focused on introducing the pupils to newspapers, their format and sources. One of the key questions we focused on was, “Where do good story ideas come from?” This then generated an impromptu and important discussion based on bias and reliable news.

We are really looking forward to the remaining seven weeks of this wonderful eight week programme.
