Getting Ready To Write!

This month our Primary One girls have been strengthening their finger muscles and developing their finer motor skills to get ready for writing. Our focus has been on the pincer grasp. This will help them use the tripod pencil grip for writing. It will also help the girls to be more self sufficient by buttoning and unbuttoning their own cardigan, pulling zips, opening and closing bottles and much more. Look at the variety of activities they have been engaged with.
