Digital Well-being Assembly with Be Internet Legends

Our Primary Six girls had a reminder of how to take care of their digital well-being today, as they took part in an online assembly with Be Internet Legends. The girls were given ideas on:

• how to look after their digital wellbeing
• how to find a good balance with screen use 
• how to make positive and kind decisions online

It was also a good way to reinforce the ways to stay safe online:

* Be Alert - check it’s for real
* Be Secure - protect your stuff
* Be Kind - respect each other
* Be Brave - when in doubt, discuss
