‘Cairde’ Holy Cross Girls’ Traditional Group perform at the Open Arts Space in Royal Avenue!
The traditional group were invited by Glengormley School of Traditional Music to perform at the Arts Space in Belfast City Centre. It was a fantastic opportunity for the girls to play in a session with other schools from Belfast. We were very proud of the girls performing their own songs and tunes in front of a huge crowd. Glengormley School of Traditional Music is an excellent organisation where you can learn to play any instrument from tin-whistle, guitar, flute, fiddle or even harp. Monthly sessions are held in the Arts Space for the younger musicians to play at a slower pace.
