The school takes seriously its duty to the environment and our Eco Council help to ensure that the pupils and teachers act responsibly. We are very proud to have been awarded Green Flag Status.

Our themes this year are:

Marine
We will be helping our underwater world by reducing the use of single use plastics.

Outdoor Learning

We will be engaging in outdoor Forest Schools activities within our Shared Education programme.

Global Perspective

We will be educating the heart to develop compassionate and global citizens.

Green Flag Award

 

It’s third time lucky for our Eco Council as we are delighted to be awarded Green Flag status again this year.

The council were proud to hear this great news in our school assembly and were also very proud to be presented with their Eco Council badges.

This year the council will be educating our pupils about Plastic Pollution and how to help keep our sea plastic free.
