TAMHI Workshop

Primary Six had a busy morning working with some of the coaches from TAMHI (Tackling Awareness of Mental Health Issues). The girls discussed lots of things that may affect our mental health, and played some games which showed them how they can find solutions when they need them. Thanks to Joe, Dixie, Cora and Jack for our session, and we look forward to working with them in the future.
