Primary Six are Healthy Kidz

Primary Six were excited to start a new programme with coach Ruairi from Healthy Kidz today. The aim of the programme is to improve physical activity and develop emotional well-being and mindfulness among young people. The girls had fun working together, developing their communication skills. They then worked on rhythm In preparation for their dance lesson next week.
