Mental Health Awareness Week

This theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is “Connect with Nature”. Today we took time out of our busy studies to do just that. We went outside to our beautiful garden and did some mindful mediations. It really helped the girls to feel more relaxed and reminded them of the importance of taking care of their mental health as well as their physical health.
